The silo maintains a limited frequency environment — it suppresses bands 49-72 (higher consciousness) to control the population. The Transparency Wall reveals the suppression.
The Badge / Frequency contamination
Leaving the silo means exposure to the planet's actual frequency — which the silo's filters have been protecting against. Juliette discovers the filter IS the poison.
